English - Today we started our introduction to Romeo and Juliet. Homework - continue work on speech.

Social Studies - We covered section 15.3 in the book. This section had to do with the Emancipation Proclamation. We also took a quiz on this section. No homework.

7th Grade English - In class we went over the chapter 11 in Roll of Thunder Hear, Hear My Cry. The students were given time to read in class. Homework - read the rest of the book, chapter 12. Bring books on Thurs to collect
